This organization was established under the leadership of ER. RAKESH KUMAR SINGH in 1990 who is a well qualified Professional / Engineer, fully groomed to undertake the challenges of real estate & construction field, while working initially with MECON, RANCHI, and other consultancy and housing finance organizations.

Since 1984, having started his career as a civil and structural Engineer Rakesh Kumar Singh has almost 28 years of experience in the field of consultancy, Engineering, Valuers, and constructions etc. He has been awarded CHARTER ENGINEER from the institution of Engineers by virtue of professional training, experience and corporate Membership of this institutions and Indira Award in 1996 at NEW DELHI.

Before starting this organization be worked in MECON, Ranchi, a Public Sector Design Undertaking of Central Govt. for a brief stinct.

Also as an Engineer & Consultant for commercial & Residential Complex, Multistoried Building Nursing Home , Hotels etc.

Worked as a Retainer Engineer with State’s Rural Housing Federation an apex institution of Govt. of Bihar for rural housing development for implementing HUDCO’S and such other schemes etc.

Worked as a structural and Project Management consultant for several projects in associations with M/s Kothari & Associates Calcutta and M/s Behal Joshi & Associates, Newdelhi.

Worked as a Registered Engineer for Patna Regional Development Authority (PRDA). Also worked as a valuer Department of Income & wealth Tax.

Has also subsequently been trained at IIT DELHI, for low cost housing technology under the HUDCO sponsored programme and traveled intensively throughout India to attend several National and International Seminars.

After achieving a wide experience in the field of Technical, Commercial, Human Resource Management , Finance, Marketing etc. From his different multidimensional work at various cross sections has started his own enterprise. HOPE FRONTLINE in 1990.
